The Triangle Cross brand has been carried for more than fifty years  by Deb's parents, Bud & Artyce Forell, of Phillipsburg, Ks. Bud rodeoed both ends of the arena, raised some AAA race horses, and cowboyed for some sixty odd years. At age 74, he was still riding the trails before his untimely death December 10, 2005. The Triangle Cross brand is carried in Kansas,  Oklahoma and Texas.

You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream. C. S. Lewis.

DOX DIRT DANCER
Sorrel gelding
(Doc O'Lena x Jewell's Leo Bar) "Doc" was the first horse I trained that had not been off the track. He was bred to be a cutter but got too big. He was a lot of fun to train, and tried his heart out every trip. He also had a great mind - as evidenced by a mishap during one of our competitions at a rodeo - as we took off to the 1st barrel his bit broke - all that was on his head was the browband, everything else was hanging around his neck. In a split decision, I decided to go for my run. Doc made a great run, just a little wide on his turns and we were just out of the money! At the end of the run, I sat down, and he came to a stop. That has been as close as I have come to a bridleless run. Doc went on to a successful rodeo career with Miss Rodeo Arkansas.

FEARLESS BOB
AQHA Brown Gelding
